The Foundation partnered with Socio Economic and Education Development Society (SEEDS) to facilitate and promote personal hygiene of school and college going girls and women in rural villages in and around Jamshedpur in the East Singbhum district of Jharkhand. As a result of which a sanitary pad manufacturing unit was established in the area where around 30 women are employed from the surrounding villages.

The skills training project for Beauty & Hair Care implemented by our partner, “Identity by Lata’s” at Sikkim is focused on making women financially independent, either as entrepreneurs or making a career in this profession.
